Local chain that emerged on Gotland in the 1990s around carrots, whose grading rejects fed a brewery, whose spent grain then fed a bakery. The Ryftes farm at Fole still grows organic carrots and runs five wind turbines connected to the local grid. The Eskelunds bakery still exists but was bought by Coop Gotland in 2018, and the export processing described in the source corpus is not confirmed by independent sources.
