🎋 Bamboo

School founded in 2004 by the Fundación Escuela para la Vida and architect Andrés Bäppler in the Montebello district above Cali. Its seven buildings are made of guadua bamboo and the school harvests rainwater for its own use. It educates children from low-income neighbourhoods and remains active.
