Serbian company led by Ivanka Milenkovic, growing oyster mushrooms on substrates made from agro-industrial and urban waste, including spent coffee grounds and straw. It also licenses its processes and trains growers through the Ekofungi School. Production is located at Padinska Skela on the outskirts of Belgrade.
