FOFIFA research station holding one of the world's main collections of wild coffee species, including Malagasy Mascarocoffea species that are naturally caffeine-free. The collection serves as a genetic reservoir for breeding and caffeine research. An associated forest corridor programme links the station to Ranomafana park.
