Company founded in 2015 in Fremantle by Julian Mitchell and Ryan Creed to grow oyster mushrooms on coffee grounds from local cafés, diverting several hundred tonnes a year. The business has broadened into fungal biotechnology, with five urban farms and two laboratories in Australia and the United States. It now sells functional mushroom extracts.
