Project Koror, Palau
National development plan written for the Republic of Palau and handed to President Surangel Whipps Jr in March 2025 as a book printed on stone paper. It links fisheries, tourism, energy and waste management at archipelago scale. In October 2025 Palau hosted an underwater conversation broadcast live over Li-Fi, in the continuation of this work.
