Urban oyster mushroom farm grown on coffee grounds collected by bike from cafés and offices in Rotterdam. It occupies the former Tropicana tropical swimming pool, converted into the BlueCity circular economy hub, and sells mushrooms, kits and training. A university event about the farm was held in February 2026.
