Terumo Corporation sells the Nanopass needle range, whose tip geometry draws on the mosquito proboscis to reduce injection pain. Launched in 2005 with the Nanopass 33, the range now extends to 33G and 34G gauges for pen injectors and is distributed worldwide. The group is headquartered in Shibuya, Tokyo.
